Running #RnRLV, or another evening race? Here's how to fuel for it: via @CoachJenny

My wife and I have read both your books and have been training for our first half-marathon in Las Vegas. My question is based on the fact that we typically train in the morning (usually around 9 a.m.) and fuel beforehand with a bagel and banana. This has worked great for us thus far. But the race doesn't start until 4:30 p.m. I’m wondering if you have any advice, since the time difference is making us wonder when and what we should be eating. —Mike What a great destination for your first half-marathon! You’re right. Racing at 4:30 p.m. and in a different time zone is unique and challenging to say the least, but that is also what makes it so cool.
