Should You Try These Trendy Diets?

What you put into your body is intimately linked to what you get out of it. Two runners who complete the exact same training program could experience very different results based on their nutrition. But with seemingly endless diet options—many of which are marketed directly to athletes—it’s easy to see why so many runners live in a constant state of dietary flux: am I eating the right things? To help cut through the noise, Runner’s World took a closer look at three trending diets, keeping in mind the importance of eating a balanced diet, rich in lean protein, whole grains, and healthy fats, and limiting sugar intake.
