Breakfast Balls Take your cereal to go with this make-ahead meal: Toss together dry cereal (pick one with less than five grams of sugar per serving) and seeds such as hemp, flax, or chia, "which are rich in fiber to promote fullness," says Kristin Kirkpatrick, M.S., R.D., manager of wellness nutrition services at the Cleveland Clinic Wellness Institute. Add dried fruit and stir in peanut butter. Roll into balls (above), and freeze for 20 minutes to set. Grecian Eggs Scramble eggs with Greek yogurt to make them fluffier and higher in protein: Whisk two tablespoons yogurt and two eggs. Cook in a skillet.
