With January just days away, you’re probably beginning to devise resolutions. Maybe you’ve been journaling about ideas for what to change or improve or cut out in the coming year; maybe you’ve been talking with your running buds. Or, hey, maybe your resolutions are still just thoughts, hazy and unformed, flitting around your head. No matter where you stand with those aims, one thing’s for certain: the calendar can’t be stopped . But I should back up. I’ve been known to shy away from this New Year’s ritual, and for a while I was thinking of foregoing them this year, too.
