Five ideas for your next #hill workout. #hillsareyourfriend #learntolovehills

Runners collect hills like sommeliers collect favorite wines. We spot them whenever we're out -- driving, biking or running -- assessing their length, grade and surface. The assessment requires expertise. The best isn't necessarily the most dramatic; each characteristic must be matched to a specific workout and objective. Once found, we return regularly, savoring each hill's unique flavors and aftertaste (in fitness gains). Here are a few varied favorites gleaned from coaches across the country, with advice on how to run them, so you can find similar inclines in your neck of the woods and use them appropriately.
