3 Hill Workouts for Strength, Speed, and Injury Prevention

I am living in a coastal area that is riddled with challenging hills. So my training includes very long hills and down hills every day. Aerobically and strength wise I am achieving wonders (in my view). I know I also need to concentrate on short hill training. However running hills every day is demanding on my calf muscles and therefore I believe more hills are going to cause injury. Some days I need to slow down to prevent calf muscle injuries. Your thoughts on it will be appreciated. Regards. Marina.
