How we say our goodbyes and SEVEN continents!
It’s been over a year since I lived in San Diego, but miss it dearly. Definitely get some Mexican food. I’m good with just a taco shop, like El Indio or something fancy like Miguel’s in Hillcrest. Poway Sushi is THE BEST, but pricey. Fig Tree Cafe has excellent breakfast/brunches (which I feel is the greatest meal of any day). There is one in Hillcrest and in Pacific Beach. For local, healthy, yummy food, I always hit up True Food Kitchen in Fashion Valley Mall. I have so many more favorites too. There is a cool. Nomad Donuts (follow them on Instagram for their daily menu) has some great, unique donuts. And The Donut Bar downtown is super popular, but have never been. There is ALWAYS a crazy long line. North Park, Hillcrest and Mission Hills have amazing restaurants…especially Mission. Hills area (Brooklyn Girl is a fave too). Clearly, I love food. Enjoy your trip.
