32 Minute At Home Workout

Hello! How are you doing today? Things are going well over here! I just finished a quick and sweaty at home workout and figured it was worth sharing with you guys since I know a bunch of you out there are always on the lookout for fast-paced workouts you can do in your living room. (Especially if you’re currently snowed in… I hope you are all staying safe and warm!) Here is a quick peek at today’s workout: All you need is a set of dumbbells and a stopwatch or timer of some sort. (You could also omit the bicep curls and side shoulder raises and do everything without dumbbells if you wish. Or substitute push ups and arm circles!) Not too shabby, right!? I paired strength exercises with bursts of cardio for a total-body workout that got my heart rate up and made me sweat. Breakfast was a welcomed treat when I was done! On the menu for today?
