I am LOVING PiYo... and think it is SO much fun (and good to gain flexibility and strength) #runc…

I haven’t really promoted any of my fitness programs lately. I am loving my running and strength training program , however one thing that has been lacking in my fitness routine is flexibility and elongating exercises like pilates and yoga. Introducing PiYo the latest fitness program by Chalene Johnson. I loved pilates/yoga with Windsor Pilates prior to having kiddos, but it’s been the one thing that I’ve had a hard time doing since I couldn’t find classes to fit my schedule… that and me being on the floor makes me a human jungle gym. But I digress. Yoga and pilates are SO good for you!! I’ve been anticipating the release of Chalene Johnson’s PiYo (inspired by pilates/yoga) program for a few months now! I know I need to take time to recover and care for my joints, while building my strength and flexibility to help protect me from future injuries… so I can continue running ...
