TIME ON YOUR FEET–> The LONG run.

I got to the gym right at 5 a.m. and did 7.7 miles on the treadmill. I drove a few minutes on over to the trails to do the rest of my long run with friends. One girl had to leave earlier so we did an out and back (to bring her back to her car) and then Jess did another out and back with me to finish up the run. My math was off and we ended up going a little bit too far and I finished with 21.3 miles instead of the 20 that I had planned on doing. Ummmm any step past 20 miles is kind of a lot so I was pretty tired by the end and crumpled up in the parking lot when I finished. I guess it is good for my training to have a 21 miler under my belt:)
