I’m dealing with a big dip in energy in the third trimester (currently 32 weeks with #2) and so I think I’m going to try that Whole 30 plan. I heard that regulating your blood sugar and getting off sugar in general helps pregnant women feel better, especially in the last few weeks. I went off sugar for ten days earlier, and that actually really helped me out a lot with nausea and sleep. It doesn’t look like processed foods or sugar are big problems in your daily intake, but you might look into it. I think I just googled “whole 30 while pregnant” and found some good resources.
