The 45-50 minute run is a staple in this workout series. The addition of the stride outs keep you limber, and work on your leg speed in a gentle manner. Have fun on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you are a senior in high school, you might consider a morning run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, of thirty minutes. College runners might consider 35-40 minutes in the mornings.
