A running questions post; I promise I tried to not be too serious....

I have been running since I was 16 and lived out in the bush with my family, most runs back then involved jumping over fences and hiding from the odd kangaroo, never had any idea of distance or time I just ran until I couldn’t anymore. Once I left home and started University I continued with some running but moved most of it to the gym instead. Have had a few injuries over the last 5 years or so, and it’s only over the last 2 years that I’ve really starting running “properly” and keeping note of times etc. I now have a plan to get me to a half marathon and hopefully a full marathon eventually, and I’m just so glad that *fingers crossed!* I’ve beaten my injuries and will continue to be a runner for life!
