I'm loving the @RunEatRepeat podcast! It's quickly becoming one of my favorites.

I’ve heard a lot about this lately. One thing that my husband and I agreed on is that we need good communication in our relationship because that’s really what relationships are based upon. It’s not easy though and a lot of times our constructive criticism happens when we are getting ready to go to sleep. I feel like that’s really bad timing though because I’m tired, he’s tired and we end up arguing more than getting past anythignor getting a point across. Timing is a major thing and something we need to work on.
