Let’s be honest. Runners have a strange relationship with food. Running tens of miles each week can make you ravenous like a 14-year-old boy during a growth spurt. But what’s good to eat? Every day batches of articles circulate the internet extolling the virtues of eating like a caveman, abstaining from sugar, eating more fat, eating less fat, going raw, and everything in between.
