Did the officials miss a blatant foul by @AlexaEfraimson in w1500 final at Olympic trials?

She gets boxed in right before the bell lap, and instead of waiting for an opening, hops in from of 2 girls almost causing them to fall, she literally pushed one girl off the track, I think the girl that got pushed off, got back on the track and got 4th, If she kept her momentum who knows what would have happened.
