Two Canadians go sub-4:00 in the mile & plenty more in today's recap:

At the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, Canadians Justyn Knight (3:56.87) and Adam Palamar (3:58.55) finished two, three in the men’s mile, both breaking 4:00. What’s even scarier is that it was Knight’s first collegiate race indoors (Canadian indoor record is Nate Brannen’s 3:54.32).
