We look back on the miles since January 2015. We pause to note how far we’ve come and reflect on the hills we’ve climbed. We’re thankful for our training and the strength and endurance that come from good old-fashioned work. We’re grateful for our training partners, who soldier on beside us, and the family at home that supports our desire to keep on running. We’re blessed by the community that running provides us, here online and in our own running groups where we live. We pause mindfully to acknowledge our good health and recommit to it again.
