When the weekend approaches, so does the long run . The weekend is the time when you get up early in the morning to run, not to head to the office chair. You look forward to it all week so don’t end up making a silly mistake that will cause your precious run time to come to an end before you intend it to. When the alarm goes off early in the morning, keep these nutrition tips in mind before lacing up the shoes and heading out on the road.
