Q: Should I cut out cross-training during my taper? A:

I have a question about tapering and strength training. I am about five weeks out from my first marathon and wondered if I should continue strength training during my three-week taper period. Specifically, should I stop doing leg workouts? Can I continue upper body and core workouts? Or should I stop strength training altogether? Can I do some light easy yoga for stretching?
