How to finish every race strong:

Ask any kids what their favorite part of the school day is and almost all will say recess. There are many reasons for this, but the number-one reason has to be the fact that at recess, you get to run as fast as you can. If you don't believe me, walk up to a group of children and tell them they have permission to run as fast as they can. It's like telling them they can eat candy. Most will scream and take off. As a kid, I'd watch a room full of serious adults and wonder why they didn't drop everything and see how fast they could run; why they didn't dance and twirl and imitate animals. Adults could do anything they wanted and no one would tell them to stop because they might hurt somebody.
