I challenge everyone to get out and run in 2015: #runchat

It’s no secret that the start of a new year is a great time to develop some new healthy habits. If you’re already a runner, you benefit from being able to avoid the newly crowded gyms because the road is your treadmill. However, that doesn’t mean there aren’t other healthy resolutions you can make in 2015 to better your running.
