Running tips for the holidays:

I have been running pretty regularly for the past three months and have really enjoyed it. I'm starting to feel really good. At Thanksgiving I got off my schedule and am just getting back to my routine. Now I'm starting to worry about how I can keep on my schedule with travel plans, parties, work and family commitments during the upcoming holidays. Should I put my running on hold for a while? I’m just trying to figure out how to juggle running on top of everything else, I really don't want to give it up! Jana Dear Jana- Every runner feels your pain this time of year!
