Many of you have completed your fall goal races but haven't started training for spring races yet. With the holiday season in full flux, and peppermint mochas, shopping, holiday parties, and family time are likely calling your name, giving you countless reasons to skip out on runs. But don't panic! The RW Run Streak will help you—and us—bridge the gap and maintain fall fitness through the winter. Run at least one mile per day, every day, starting on Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 27) and ending on New Year's Day (Thursday, January 1) . That's 36 consecutive days of running. Have questions about the streak? Check out the FAQ here . If you decide you'd like to join us, great! Share your progress and motivate other streakers in by “liking” the streak on Facebook .
