10 tips to jump up outta bed and run early in the morning

Don't like go say something negative about such a positive article, but number 4 and 10 are not always good. Its important to objectively assess yourself in the morning. To blindly go running assuming any reluctance is just "morning issues", can be harmful. Last time I did that, I was just coming down with a cold, but I ignored it, and blindly went out. Needless to say I was not well for longer than I needed to be. Also caffeine is a laxative, and generally doesn't stop working just because you've started your run. If you're going to have caffeine, you should wait until it's effects on your bowls have abated before commencing your run. I've known so many runners that have fallen foul of this little problem.
