This woman's friend got her running and she lost nearly 100 pounds

What is your routine? It depends if I’m training for something. If I’m not training, I usually run three to four miles three times a week and do a longer run of seven to nine miles on the weekend. Do you race? If so, how often, and what kind of races? Yes, I am currently training for Chicago and NYC marathons . I usually do about three half marathons a year and one to two marathons .
