Healthy hydration is a good habit that one should focus on and maintain year round. Yes, it is easier to remember to drink when it is hot outside, but healthy hydration is just as important now that the temperature has cooled. As seasons change and temperatures fall, don’t let unhealthy habits creep back up. Hold onto healthy summer routines – like staying hydrated year-round to keep your body moving and looking its best.
