While it’s not what I necessarily want to do, I kinda feel like I should limit myself to five days a week of running right now. One, that gives me more time to devote to my kids who are home a lot more now that school is out and, two, it seems like a good idea in the hopes it will help with my fatigue. So far it hasn’t really helped with the fatigue, but I have been spending lots of quality time with my family, so that’s good enough reason for now. Plus, my youngest will be upping her hours in preschool substantially this fall, so why stress myself out now to get in miles when I don’t feel great and am not training for anything anyway?
