ICYMI: Fitness Log

Cardio : 3 mile run (with a few walking breaks) while pushing T & C in the double jogger. P was napping, so I left him home with Daddy … and took the two other boys out with me on a run. It was pretty windy and a challenge running against the wind (with the jogger and the two boys). Overall, I felt strong and content with how my run-workout went. Related
