ICYMI: A Day In The Life

Group fitness classes has taught me that too. On my own, I don’t push myself as hard as I can go, but in a group situation peer pressure plays a role. Hence spinning classes twice a week and bodypump. With running I have no problem pushing myself as hard as I can, however I only learned to do that through the group half marathon and full marathon training clinics that I participated in through a local running store 10 years ago. In my early race history you can tell from my finishing times whether I trained with a group or on my own. When it comes to my fitness goals accountability comes from telling people on social media all about my goals, and my training. While that may seem like bragging to some, in actuality it’s what keeps me accountable.
