Remember my post on VO2 Max and how that helps you know when you move from fat burning to carb burning and all about your intensity level? Well they have actually shown the Radar is just as accurate as one of those $200 tests! Pretty amazing! Thus it will tell you during any given workout if you’re pushing too hard, as the system continually learns more about you and your pace/effort levels.
