Peak Performance: via @RunnersWorld

Well, there's moderation in most everything. To some, I suspect, a Boston Qualification is a moderate choice, but for most not so much. Every person is different too, it is that keen ear at listening to one's own self to know where your moderation curves are and hitting that sweet spot for exercise, for the health related benefits. I wonder is cycling exercise patterns plays into this, for example if I put that effort into a BQ, make it, but the rest of the time I'm in the sweet spot(s), does that play into the health risk roles too? Like seasonal exercise, one big race training cycle per year and the rest of the time put in enough exercise to keep the body healthy and happy. Humm?! Thanks for the info Amby, I continue to listen and keep exercising, but not so good at finding my sweet spot(s) yet, though I'm working on it.
