I’m not the only one who feesl that sleep is a nearly magic elixir. I’ve writte plenty of healthy lifestyle article through my career, and sleep is the one constant through many trends, variables and expert opinions. Want to stress less? Get to bed early. Lose weight? Ditto. Have a productive day? Get your z’s the night before. Figure out a tough problem? Hope you’ve been sleeping well. According to this Health article , which dives into a handful of scientific studies, memory, creativity, weight maintenance, athletic performance, academic skills, reduced stress, and minimized depression are all positively associated with more sleep.
