We drove 3.5 hours to run 18 miles with a race thrown in there. February 21, 2015 Happy Saturday! Josse and I decided last second to drive south to get our long run done in the sunshine. The Dogtown 1/2 Marathon is going on this morning so we will warm-up a bit, run the race and then run a few more miles to get in 18 miles. We always have a good time together. We stopped at the running store to grab some fuel! Along with my normal pre-race fuel! And for dinner we had Texas Roadhouse take-out. Take-out is the way to go the night before a race away from home. Rewind to the beginning of Friday…. I took off the day from working out and I am hoping that helps me to have some real fresh legs today! Brooke and I had a lunch date together up in Salt Lake City at Jason’s Deli.
