I’m participating in this season of our office’s Biggest Loser Challenge. Weigh-Ins will be on Thursday. The accountability factor is great – there’s a giant chart with everyone’s face on it and even though your weight isn’t posted, they do write how much you lost or gained every week for the whole world to see. They used to put a little piggy sticker next to your name if you gained that week – thank goodness we’ve moved away from that. Now they just put a sad face or a cupcake sticker there instead. If you gain weight, you owe one dollar for each pound you’re up. In the end, there’s a a first, second, and third place winner. First place gets the most money, and the other two get smaller amounts. We’ll see how it goes, but I’ve got high hopes for myself. I’ve won first place twice before, so fingers crossed I can make it happen again. An update on my SMART goals – I’m doin...
