weekly runningtimes blog is up.

114 miles for the week. one good workout, one ok race, some good solid muscular work. Sorry it took so long to post last weeks blog. I’ll tweet, natejruns, when ever I post the blog so you don’t have to keep checking the blog to see if the new one is up. I mentioned this in last weeks but Steve I used and liked your loop for the progression run so send me an email, [email protected], and I can send you a thank you gift. This week more of the same with an aerobic workout and then a short race, track two mile at George Davis Meet at UML. Ruben Sanca wants to hammer so I think given my current fitness and sharpness I’ll just be hanging on as long as I can.
