VOTE: the dress

Life goals? Really it's just to not be on @TLC What Not to Wear.

I think the tights make the dress look unbalanced and dates it. The dress is short, but its at the same line as your fingertips, so you’re not in the “too short” area. If you’re feeling uncomfortable, you could always go with nude/shimmery pantyhose. I know that it’s not something that people in our generation wear, but it will give you another layer and could make you feel a little more comfortable. The black tights are a bit on the overwhelming side though.
