Pills, happy pills, fish pills, blue pills....

SUPPLEMENTS!! One of my favorite things to obsess over! I take: Nordic Naturals Fish Oil, like 4-8 a day. Really high quality fish oil, and it’s lemon-flavored, so even if I burp, it’s lemon-flavored and totally not gross!! I am convinced that if I take enough fish oil, my body can do anything. There have been studies that show it has comparable anti-inflammatory effects to NSAIDS like ibuprofen and naproxen. Yay! Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc/Vit D: I think it actually has less calcium than Magnesium because I’ve read studies that high levels of calcium supplementation can lead to things like kidney stones and all that, and that magnesium can fill any calcium deficiency for bone health.
