ICYMI: Weekly Fitness Plan
Happy Monday! This week brings us a new day, a new week and a fresh start to a new month (well, it is the third, but it is close enough). It is that time of the week to map out the fitness plan to stay on track with fitness goals. For me, last week was an off week . I am not sure exactly what happened. I started off the week fine… but by midweek the hormones took over and I suffered from a serious case of the I don’t wannas ! Does that ever happen to you? I am not sure if it was a combination of all the fun activities going on or just the lovely privilege of being a woman… but it was an off week. I think my excitement was knowing that the four TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) were going to be exploring our neighborhood that week… and my mind (as well as my children’s) had trouble focusing elsewhere.
